We are currently searching for a Make Ready Technician/Grounds Team Member to work approximately 30 hours per week at Avanti East Apartment Community located in Edinburg, TX. Description: The successful candidate must have some experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Make Ready Technician/Grounds will perform general maintenance and repairs, painting, grounds upkeep, move outs, and cleaning of the facility.

Requirements

• Three or more years of make ready and grounds/porter experience required
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment
• This candidate must be available for emergency calls after hours and on weekends as needed
• Normal work hours are usually between 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
