We are hiring dedicated and motivated Prep/Make Ready technicians for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Prep/Make Ready team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. About The Role Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments Drywall repair Paint touch-up Door and lock changes Light plumbing and electrical Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• One year of experience in basic maintenance or general labor , with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
• Skilled in preparing apartments for move-in by completing all tasks required to ensure units are "rent-ready"
• Strong attention to detail , ensuring each apartment is cleaned, maintained, and organized to meet quality standards for new residents
• Experienced in performing light maintenance tasks , including basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Consistently demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude to foster a welcoming and productive environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work setting , managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , effectively interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
