About The Position

Irvinton Village Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician.

Duties:
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
At least 12 months of onsite experience
Should have knowledge of painting
Basic makeready skills
Should be able to lift more than 20lbs
Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
Knowledge of appliances
Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.

Requirements

Requirements: Plumbing, sheetrock repair, miniblinds, painting, some electrical, HVAC. Will need own tools. Any other maintenance requirements.
