About The Position
The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining a 150+ unit apartment community. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including sheet-rock repair and painting, to ensure the apartments are ready for new tenants. The technician will work full-time, primarily during weekdays, and may be required to be on call.
