Make-Ready (Apartment Maintenance)
About The Position

As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents—making sure every home is clean, functional, and move-in ready. Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes. Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards. Requirements
- Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
- Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
