About The Position

As a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (Fee-for-Service), you'll design your own schedule - whether part-time (as few as 4 clients per week) or full-time hours. This position offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment. This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position offering flexibility and autonomy while receiving agency support, supervision, and access to resources.

Requirements

• Current licensure in Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience delivering evidence-based mental health services (preferred)
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing telehealth or group therapy services
• Commitment to pursuing advanced licensure or certifications with Pathway's support

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand needs and challenges
• Deliver therapy services that empower clients to achieve their goals
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure safety and stability
• Document care using our EHR system to maintain quality and compliance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care
