About The Position

We are seeking four highly experienced Major Projects Directors to lead regional portfolios of complex, large‑scale megaprojects across the United States. Each Director will oversee the full lifecycle of capital programs in their region, ensuring safe, predictable, and high‑quality delivery of mission‑critical facilities including data centers, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, semiconductor fabs, and advanced industrial facilities. This role requires seasoned program leaders with deep experience managing multi‑billion‑dollar projects, strong commercial and technical acumen, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across fast‑paced, high‑risk environments. The Major Projects Directors will serve as the senior point of accountability for project performance, client satisfaction, risk management, and strategic execution across their regional portfolio of Data Centers and other megaprojects.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience delivering large‑scale capital projects, including megaprojects in data centers, pharmaceuticals, high‑tech manufacturing, or semiconductors.
  • Proven track record overseeing $1B+ programs or portfolios of complex, multi‑phase projects.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and commercial functions.
  • Deep understanding of project controls, risk management, contracting strategies, and large‑scale program governance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hyperscale data center programs, semiconductor fabs, or regulated pharmaceutical environments.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering) or professional certifications (PMP, CCM, PE, CxA).
  • Experience with EPC/EPCM, CMAR, or integrated delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a regional portfolio of megaprojects ranging from $500M to $5B+.
  • Establish program governance structures, delivery frameworks, and performance standards across all projects.
  • Drive schedule, budget, quality, and safety outcomes, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee project directors, construction managers, engineering leads, and cross‑functional delivery teams.
  • Serve as the senior executive interface for clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing clients.
  • Lead executive‑level reporting, steering committees, and strategic decision‑making forums.
  • Oversee commercial strategy, contracting models, procurement planning, and vendor performance.
  • Manage financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, change management, and claims mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements across all projects.
  • Provide leadership across engineering, commissioning, QA/QC, and technical assurance activities.
  • Identify and mitigate program‑level risks, ensuring robust controls and escalation pathways.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet performance, reliability, and regulatory standards for mission‑critical environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing project teams across multiple locations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building across the major projects organization.
