About The Position

As a Major Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, you will develop relationships with complex strategic accounts and position the company as the provider of choice. This role involves creating sales strategies, ensuring account profitability, and enhancing client satisfaction through proactive engagement and consultative needs analyses. Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of computer networking, LAN, WAN, and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task and partner with support resources.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of exceeding revenue goal selling data, voice, and video solutions B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with highly complex strategic accounts.
  • Create overall sales module and account pursuit strategy.
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analyses with clients.
  • Execute account strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor developments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision makers and close deals.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine serviceability.
