About The Position

As a Major Account Manager for Healthcare at Spectrum Enterprise, you will leverage your expertise in technology and communication to meet the needs of hospitals and healthcare organizations. Your role will focus on ensuring account profitability and client satisfaction while achieving long-term goals. You will engage in consultative sales, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks.
  • Strong relationship building, network, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of exceeding revenue goal selling data, voice and video solutions B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiar with the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analyses with clients and execute account strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor developments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers and close deals.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine serviceability.
