Requirements

  • Knowledge in the Commercial Print field is preferred
  • 6-10 years of business-to-business technical sales experience, selling to clients in the Commercial Print industry OR digital imaging solutions field or other related technology industry
  • College degree preferred
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; driven to succeed and willing to strive to be the best
  • High level of energy and commitment to achieve sales goals
  • Experienced in problem solving to offer client impactful business solutions
  • Understanding of the industry and established relationships in this field
  • Tenacious with a desire to develop and secure new business accounts
  • Passionate about growing knowledge as you build your career

Responsibilities

  • Learn about our products, solutions, and new technologies every day
  • Research, develop sales opportunities, and manage a pipeline of potential accounts
  • Engage with current and potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to schedule appointments and conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations and demonstrations
  • Lead strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and others in target accounts to uncover their business challenges and organizational needs to generate opportunities and create proposals for new revenue streams
  • Focus on optimal customer experience throughout the sales cycle through post sale support
  • Work with a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich your skills and learn to connect with customers to help them achieve success
  • Contribute to individual and team revenue, corporate culture, and brand image by consistently achieving daily activity goals
  • Apply learned skills and knowledge to develop your career with Konica Minolta
  • Conduct outbound calling every day to set face-to-face appointments, ensuring outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to a branch office
  • Design and present solutions that will help customers' businesses
  • Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals
