This role is for individuals who are ambitious, persistent, eager to learn and grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. As a product specialist, you will work with partners to cultivate new business opportunities by providing high-level human capital management solutions. Your responsibilities include identifying targets in each partner's territory, creating and executing a business plan, building and executing campaigns to gain access to prospects, and conducting research to understand the external market, industry, and company-level initiatives. Success in this role is defined by your ability to partner effectively, manage complex sales processes, and use business acumen to connect solutions to client business outcomes, potentially leading to ADP's Presidents Club.
