The Maitre D' position at our Scottsdale location is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests. This position involves managing the seating arrangements for both reservations and walk-ins, optimizing the flow of guests to maximize seating capacity during each shift. The Maitre D' will be the first point of contact for guests, requiring a warm and welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression. This role demands a high level of interaction with guests, fellow employees, and supervisors, emphasizing the importance of gracious hospitality and professional conduct at all times. In addition to managing the reservation book, the Maitre D' will actively take and process reservations, assist with incoming calls, and answer guest inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area and the entire venue, complying with health and sanitation standards, and performing various opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
