The Maitre' d position embodies professionalism, poise and coolness under pressure. This position represents our brand and is the first impression of the restaurant. Maitre' d at Buck earns top dollars for this position on our team, they actually get tipped out by our servers! An average shift runs around $30+/hour! Day in the Life: Greet all incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm Seat guests, present menus, announce special events Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service Manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times Ensure tables are clear and ready for next guests according to brand standards Learn open table, restaurant seating layout, and how tables are divided into service areas Accept direction from Management Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
