The Maitre' d position embodies professionalism, poise and coolness under pressure. This position represents our brand and is the first impression of the restaurant. Maitre' d at Buck earns top dollars for this position on our team, they actually get tipped out by our servers! An average shift runs around $30+/hour!

Requirements

• Excellent customer service
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and guests
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm
• Seat guests, present menus, announce special events
• Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service
• Manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times
• Ensure tables are clear and ready for next guests according to brand standards
• Learn open table, restaurant seating layout, and how tables are divided into service areas
• Accept direction from Management
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
