About The Position
Utilize maintenance software to complete preventative maintenance, and work orders within assigned timeframe. Troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical skills, power tool operation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Subject to working inside and outside of hospital facilities. Provide safe operation of snow removal equipment ie. plow truck, skid loader, snow blower and tractor
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
Nice To Haves
- 2 years experience in facility maintenance ie. electrical, plumbing, and hvac.
- Technical skills
- Power tool operation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
