About The Position

As a Maintenance, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment within a designated facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and contributing to overall facility efficiency. This entry-level position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training is a plus. A technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, particularly with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems with proven ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and perform effective repairs.
  • Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
  • Able to think critically and implement practical, efficient solutions.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Committed to meeting advancement checklist requirements and eager to learn new technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, inspection, and replacement of worn components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address complex issues and support larger maintenance projects.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address equipment-related concerns.
  • Responsible for following Food Safety policies and promptly reporting any food safety or quality concerns to a supervisor.
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts and consistently meet attendance requirements.
