About The Position

This role is responsible for leading maintenance operations across our facilities and fleet, utilizing modern computerized maintenance management systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility conditions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preventive maintenance programs, facilities services, and fleet management. Key Responsibilities Fleet Management Oversee maintenance and repair of company vehicle fleet, including cars, trucks, and specialized equipment Coordinate regular fleet inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations Schedule and track vehicle maintenance using Limble CMMS Manage fleet inventory and coordinate with vendors for parts procurement Analyze fleet performance data to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime Ensure proper documentation of all fleet maintenance activities Limble System Management Serve as the primary administrator for the Limble CMMS platform Create and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset records Train team members on Limble system usage and best practices Generate maintenance reports and analytics for management review Optimize system configurations to improve maintenance efficiency Maintain accurate equipment history and documentation within Limble Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programs Develop and implement comprehensive PM programs for all equipment and facilities Create detailed PM checklists and standard operating procedures Schedule and execute routine maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications Monitor PM compliance rates and adjust programs as needed Analyze equipment failure data to refine PM intervals and procedures Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PM effectiveness Facilities Services Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Manage building maintenance including structural repairs, painting, and renovations Coordinate with external contractors for specialized facility services Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly Maintain facility appearance and functionality standards Leadership and Team Development Mentor and train junior maintenance technicians Assist in developing maintenance best practices and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals Participate in after hours rotation for emergency maintenance needs

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance
At least 2 years of experience with computerized maintenance management systems
Proven experience in fleet management and facilities maintenance
Proficiency in Limble CMMS or similar maintenance management software
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Experience with preventive maintenance program development and implementation
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Competency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and mobile applications
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development

Nice To Haves

EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (preferred)
Relevant trade certifications (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) are a plus
Experience with fleet management software integration
Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices
Project management experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Experience with building automation systems

Responsibilities
