About The Position

Surfside Condominiums is searching for a first-class maintenance specialist! SPECIAL PERK!!: A 2b/1ba condo is available for the right candidate to live in onsite, all bills & rent paid. This person will respond to maintenance requests in a safe and timely manner. Maintenance may pertain to general maintenance inside owner's units, or, out in the general common area. Responsibilities & Duties: General maintenance includes common repairs to everyday items. General repairs include but not limited to fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing storm doors, replacing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, maintaining cleanliness of facilities, basic landscaping. Troubleshooting skills in electrical and AC work is not mandatory but a definite plus. Collaborate and communicate with 3rd party contractors to coordinate scheduled work.

Requirements

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostic skills on basic household items
  • Repair Capabilities on basic household items
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Work is both indoor and outdoor
  • Requires working evenings, weekends, or being on-call for emergencies
