About The Position

This maintenance position performs preventive maintenance on the mechanical equipment used inside and outside the building. Work performed by the maintenance department assures the physical comfort and safety of the residents and staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Understanding of operations and equipment, basic knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Boiler and pool licenses are a plus but not required. Must be able to obtain license 90 days after hire.
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment.
• Familiar with basic hand tools and machines.
• Possess a general understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical functions.
• Ability to operate skid loader, lawn mower and company vehicles.
