About The Position
The Maintenance role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment, monitoring inventory of facility supplies and materials, and assisting in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces. Key responsibilities also include conducting safety checks, reporting hazards, supporting facility security measures and access control, and responding to facility-related requests from employees. The position requires basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures, the ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools, strong organizational skills for managing supplies, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and attention to detail in facility inspection and maintenance.
