About The Position
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Daily: Prepare trash rooms for trash pickup. Clean/wash/disinfect trash rooms daily including discarded furniture. Clean parking lot area on a daily basis including picking up trash, blowing leaves when necessary. Check all trash containers: pool area, car wash, dog relief area Maintain the koi pond and check the filter Check BBQ grills Weekly: Clean pool area and furniture on a weekly basis. Clean grill area and grills on a regular basis and monitor propane supply. Empty and clean trash cans around pool, car wash area, east and west elevators and dog relief area. Clean and maintain the pond areas on a regular basis. Disinfect the pool furniture Walk the docks and clean/blower Bimonthly/Monthly · General painting and touch-ups/patching. Check A/C filters and change if needed · Drywall repairs when needed · Minor electrical & plumbing repairs · Light bulb checks and replacement. · Power washing of parking lot, stairwells, and catwalks as required. · Rodent control when required. Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3pm Pay Rate: $20-$22 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE QUALIFICATIONS AND LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE POMPANO BEACH AREA!
