About The Position

As Maintenance, you will play an essential role as the person who helps maintain cleanliness and orderliness ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and guests. The maintenance team is responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, waste disposal, and minor maintenance duties, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of the facility. Maintenance is also responsible for completing other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize designated areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and disinfecting.
Cleaning bathrooms including sinks, toilets, etc.
Cleaning floors
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and guests.
Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to prioritize tasks and effectively address cleaning and maintenance needs.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeaner when interacting with others within the facility.
Follow established schedules and routines to ensure consistent cleaning and upkeep of the premises.
Ensure work area remains tidy and organized
Assist management with other tasks and events as needed
