Requirements

• 1-2 Years of experience working in maintenance capacity for commercial/residential buildings.
• Thorough knowledge of building materials and tools as well as their use in maintenance and repair.
• Working knowledge of building structures and systems (i.e.: steam and hot water boilers, electrical systems, air conditioning equipment, etc.).
• Valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Install appliances and equipment
• Do garden/yard upkeep, collecting trash etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
• Collaborate with Administrator and other professionals during renovations
• Report to Administrator for issues
• Weekly transportation
