This role is critical in the restaurant because you'll: Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas Provide the supply: Unload incoming delivery and help replenish necessary stock Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Filtering oil fryers daily Maintaining outside grounds Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms Unloading delivery truck two times a week Taking out and emptying trash compactor Changing light bulbs Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
