Property Size: 117 units Type of Housing / Property: Family / Additional Fund Sources / Tax Credit Department: Operations Reports to: Regional Manager Supervises: None FLSA Status: Non- Exempt Job Summary: Since all service requests must be submitted to the rental office, and the office coordinates re-rental of vacant units and other maintenance needs, the Maintenance Person is responsible for coordinating maintenance work schedules. Due to the nature of property management, there will be an occasional emergency.
