About The Position
Best Western Plus Settlers Point Employment: Full Time - Wednesday-Sunday (8 am -4pm) Starting at $17.00hr + Depending on Experience What will YOU get from US? Requirements
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

Responsibilities
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls etc.
- Preventative Maintenance: snaking drains, touch up paint, staining furniture, etc.
- Installing and maintaining equipment & fixtures.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Responsible for trash, groundskeeping, stocking supplies, pool maintenance, etc
- Collaborate with other professionals during renovations
- Report to General Manager or facilities maintenance manager
