About The Position

This full-time Maintenance position is responsible for general upkeep and maintenance across the main bank building and its various branches. Key duties include maintaining the cleanliness of exterior and interior areas, such as parking lots, building exteriors, vault doors, safety deposit boxes, and ATM machines. The role also involves managing interior and exterior lighting, including bulb replacement and fixture repair. The individual will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of the storage and generator buildings, including monitoring weekly generator tests and conducting annual load testing, as well as handling general generator maintenance. Additionally, the position provides Tier 1 ATM support, tracks maintenance requests via software, coordinates external contractors, and schedules service for bank vehicles. Assistance to the Technology department with wiring for new locations and upgrades is also required.

Requirements

• Must be able to life 40 lbs.
• Good driving record
• Must be able to work independently and be trustworthy
• Need to be a self-starter
• High school education or equivalent
• General maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning the parking lot and exterior of the main building and other bank buildings as assigned
• Responsible for daily maintenance at all branch locations
• Responsible for checking interior and exterior lighting - replacing bulls and repairing fixtures as needed
• Responsible for cleaning the vault door and safety deposit boxes
• Responsible for cleaning the ATM machines at all locations
• Responsible for maintaining the storage building and the generator building at Main, and keeping tools stored in an organized manner
• Responsible for monitoring weekly generator test as well as conducting annual load testing of all generators.
• Responsible for handling generator maintenance.
• Responsible for Tier 1 ATM support
• Responsible for tracking and updating the status of maintenance requests submitted via SharePoint or other software
• Responsible for coordinating contractors as needed
• Responsible for scheduling service of bank vehicles
• Assist the Technology department with wiring new locations as well as upgrades.
• All other duties as assigned
