About The Position

Walters Wedding Estates is excited to make a new addition to our company. We are looking for a team member who is hardworking and positive! DESCRIPTION This role is focused on painting, pressure washing, finish and all other facilities/maintenance work across multiple venues. You’ll work independently, manage your tasks responsibly, and take ownership of how our properties look day-to-day. Requirements

• 2+ years of painting and/or pressure washing experience preferred
• 1+ year of general maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail as it pertains to finishes and sheens — you notice things others miss
• Comfortable working independently and managing your day
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in Texas weather
• Pride in your work and a professional attitude
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Interior & exterior painting (walls, trim, doors, baseboards, ceilings)
• Touch-ups, patching, sanding, caulking, and surface prep
• Maintaining a clean, professional “fine finish” appearance across all venues
• Pressure washing sidewalks, patios, building exteriors, fences, and concrete areas
• Replacing basic fixtures and hardware (door handles, hinges, trim, weatherstripping, light fixtures)
• Masking, protecting surrounding areas, and cleaning up after work
• Communicating progress, material needs, and job completion updates
• Supporting general maintenance tasks as needed
• Traveling between multiple sites in the DFW region
