The temporary facilities maintenance position will provide general maintenance of St. Mark parish and school buildings and grounds, including minor electrical, plumbing, lighting and heating (natural gas boilers), as a stop gap until a full-time facilities maintenance manager is found. II. TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs preventative maintenance to buildings and grounds to minimize plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting and heating system (boilers) failures. Diagnosis problems and make repairs to facilities, including plumbing and mechanical repairs, minor electrical. Other task may include pressure washing of sidewalks and asphalt, painting, some carpentry, lighting checks and organizing work garage and workspaces. Taking inventory of tools and maintenance supplies Drip irrigation system repairs: watering hoses, sprinkler heads, timers, etc. Provides recommendations input to supervisor for preparation of monthly/annual maintenance, supplies and capital repairs budgets. Performs other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor and/or Pastor.
