About The Position

As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment, buildings, and plant grounds. You will also coordinate with vendors and outside contractors on building or maintenance projects when necessary. We welcome candidates of all skill levels and are willing to train. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow by ensuring equipment, facilities, and materials are functioning properly, and that incoming orders are accurately received, counted, and recorded.

Requirements

18 years or older
High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of work experience
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Forklift experience
Basic mechanical skills, including electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing
Forklift skills and ability to operate maintenance equipment
Physical strength sufficient for job duties
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Electrical, HVAC, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical schematics
Strong safety orientation and adherence to safety regulations
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work productively in challenging or stressful situations
Ability to pass a pre‑employment math test, physical, drug test, and background check
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Stand on concrete for 8–10 hours
Work in high‑heat conditions
Maintain safe work practices
