The individual will complete documentation and other paperwork accurately for service request tracking. Additionally, the role assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting. The position supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts, avoiding waste, and correctly using tools. Preventative maintenance is a key duty.
