This role is critical in the restaurant because you'll: Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas, Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock, Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems, Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
