About The Position
Maintenance is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, painting, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants.
