About The Position
The position involves performing property maintenance and landscaping, including light carpentry, welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, and overhead door repair. The employee will inspect and maintain the terminal building, perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and dusting, troubleshoot and correct problems, and repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems. Safety inspections of equipment and preparation of safety documentation are also required. Regular attendance is mandatory, and the job may require performing additional duties as assigned.
