Full-Time Maintenance worker
About The Position
Job duties include basic maintenance of the building, such as painting, simple electrical, simple plumbing, carpet cleaning, etc. A good working knowledge of hand tools, and power tools is needed. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods at times, stoop, bend and have overall good health. Other duties as directed by the Chief Engineer over maintenance. Hi. Requirements
- Good working knowledge of hand tools
