About the Role: Maintenance As a Maintenance, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Park Centre in Newton As a Maintenance, you will: We are looking for an individual to join our Maintenance team at Park Centre. This person will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, clean and comfortable environment for the entire community including residents, employees, and visitors. Repairs and maintains property and equipment. Community Location: 500 1st St N Newton, IA 50208 Located in the heart of Newton, Park Centre offers a vibrant community with a full continuum of care including adult day services, independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation. Requirements

Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Because you work in the homes of those we serve, we will need you to be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
At least two years of prior maintenance and facilities or environmental services experience is required with preference for vocational training in construction trades and/or building maintenance.

HVAC or steam heat experience is highly preferred
