Reports to: Track Superintendent Primary Purpose: Performs general grounds maintenance duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- TxRC License required.
- 1 year general maintenance.
- Ability to operate mowers and trimmers.
Responsibilities
- Mow and trim public areas including picking up trash.
- Cleans horse stalls and shovels manure.
- Operates backhoe, skip loader and small tractor in maintenance of public areas.
- Cleans and sweeps restrooms in the stable area.
- Installs and dismantles rails on turf track and replaces divots on turf track as needed.
- Locates irrigation leaks.
- Other duties as assigned.
