About The Position

Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of all residences in the Scatter Site I Program.

Requirements

• The position requires related maintenance experience.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license without accidents, suspensions and revocations, as well as the ability to drive a box truck.
• Must have ability to establish workload priorities.
• The physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in moving their possessions from various locations into program apartments.
• Conduct Housing Quality Standards Inspections
• Provide minor repairs and improvements to residences when necessary.
• Clean-up and disinfecting of apartments prior to occupancy.
• Remove snow/ice on the various residences property.
• Keep accurate logs of daily activities.
• Confirm appointments with clients for their scheduled repairs.
• The Maintenance/Driver shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the agency and the clients that we serve.
