OHS - Maintenance Worker
About The Position
Ole Hansen & Sons is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Maintenance & Grounds Worker to help maintain several properties. This position plays a key role in keeping our properties clean, safe, functional, and well-presented year-round. The Maintenance & Grounds Worker is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas, with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance. Duties include cleaning and maintaining common areas, performing routine grounds work such as mowing, trimming, leaf and snow removal, completing minor maintenance and basic repairs, and conducting regular property checks. This role also requires identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors to ensure all properties remain well-maintained and presentable.
Requirements
- In possession of valid NJ Driver’s License in good standing
- Pre-Employment Drug Test, Background Check. & Driver’s Abstract (provided)
- High School diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
