About The Position

Under general supervision, perform general, corrective, and preventative maintenance of both equipment and buildings throughout designated PIH Health facilities and all equipment connected with them. Requirements

• Able to work alone, organize jobs, teach various skills to others.
• Sufficient expertise in specialty areas, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, to meet staffing needs of the hospital and minimize the need to utilize outside contractors.
• Knowledge of material and work procedures used in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and the application of painting.
• Basic knowledge of computers and smart phones.
• Dependable, good judgment, and able to work alone.
• Sufficient work expertise to organize jobs, prioritize workload and teach various skills to others.
• Able to drive Box Truck, Forklift, Pallet Jack.
