Maintenance Worker
About The Position
Daily inspections of all equipment operations, adjusting or repairing where necessary. - Performs inspection of all heating equipment boiler, fire and water sides, pumps, heating units during the summer month. - Help grounds keeper with snow removal and mowing of grass as needed. - Sheet rock, taping, and painting of walls. Tile work and grouting of walls and floors, wallpapering. - Assists in snaking out sewer lines, upkeep of all plumbing, toilets, sinks, water fountains, etc. - Assist in upkeep of all electrical work and air conditioners. - Wheelchair maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in maintenance field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
