Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
