Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues. https://riteofpassage.saving.workingadvantage.com ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do/Day in the Life: The primary responsibilities of a Maintenance Worker include but are not limited to: general building maintenance, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, hanging doors, adjusting/changing locks and door hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens, hanging pictures, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, replacing leaky washers, re-lighting, replacing and adjusting heaters and controls, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, maintaining swamp coolers/air conditioners and generators, replacing floor tiles, carpeting, wood flooring and/or linoleum repairs, repairing roofing, some grounds maintenance & irrigation repairs if needed, etc. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Worker
• be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect
• have a high school diploma or equivalent
• be at least 21 years of age
• have a desire to work with troubled teens
• be able to pass a DCF criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
