About The Position
Maintenance Assistant assists the maintenance supervisor in the repair and upkeep of the facility, grounds, equipment, and other duties as assigned. Follow all Anna Maria policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior long term care maintenance experience required
Responsibilities
- Monitor Maintenance needs for SNF building
- Complete maintenance schedule/instructions as assigned by supervisor
- Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned:
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed
- Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to supervisor immediately
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and driveways (cutting, trimming, sweeping, shoveling)
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility and equipment (Plumbing, Plastering, Painting, Electrical, Carpentry, Mechanical)
- Perform cleaning duties wherever necessary
