Maintenance Worker
About The Position
OBJECTIVE: Provide general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, framing, painting, trim work, flooring, and HVAC for the manufacturing of modular housing units and other units used in the gas & oil field industry. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to support our Bridgeport, WV yard. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company) Provides general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, framing, painting, trim work, flooring, and / or HVAC installation and repairs, may include installation of plumbing, siding, roofing systems, electrical wiring, basic welding, etc. Responsible for preventative and general maintenance as well as repairs of company equipment in service shop and on customer location. Recordkeeping while operating under the policies and procedures set forth and maintaining customer satisfaction. Cleans housing and office units on customer locations Work from drawings and verbal instructions, perform layouts and set-ups where dimensions and tolerances are difficult to obtain and control; plan and organize work as appropriate. Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Requirements
- Education: Less than High School Education
- 0-2 year's of related work experience
- Ability to respond to a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
- Ability to work from drawings and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and comprehend blue prints
Nice To Haves
- Education: Associate's Degree
- 2-4 year's of related work experience
- Relevant experience performing general maintenance on modular housing units
- Demonstrated skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of modular housing units
Responsibilities
