You will perform a variety of tasks which involve the upkeep and repair of the Lodge facility. Requirements

Must possess three years Specialized Experience of maintenance work involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
Is required to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in tiring or uncomfortable positions.
Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license and pass a pre-employment criminal & motor vehicle background check.
HazMat training required within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations

Responsibilities

Conducts preventative maintenance and takes periodic inventory of maintenance stock and equipment.
Performs general carpentry, painting, plumbing tasks & electrical involved in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings or equipment.
Follows all local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions.
Operates motor vehicle in the performance of the duties.
