About The Position

The Maintenance Worker at Digital XPress, Inc is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and safety of the company's facilities. This role involves performing general building and property maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, interior renovations, electrical work, and equipment repair. The Maintenance Worker will also coordinate with subcontractors and assist management in sourcing vendors for outsourced projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and upkeep of the company's operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general building/property maintenance.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to safely operate vehicles.
Capability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Positive attitude and punctuality.
Effective time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance education is preferred.
Ability to work prolonged periods on feet and perform repetitive actions involving frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.

Responsibilities
