About The Position

We are seeking a reliable mid-level Maintenance Worker to support daily operations and upkeep of the property. This role involves a mix of general maintenance, equipment operation, and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Experience in: General maintenance or handyman work (required for mid-level)
• Strong work ethic; punctual and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 80 lbs
• Walk long distances across the property
• Climb heights up to 100 feet when necessary
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experienced or certified to operate: Forklifts, Golf carts, Scissor lifts, Tractors

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall, tile, flooring, carpentry, and concrete work
• Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Provide assistance to customers and vendors as needed
• Safely operate equipment such as (experienced or certification is a plus but not required): Forklifts Golf carts Scissor lifts Tractors
• Complete additional duties as assigned
