Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Participation in on-call rotation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Required vaccinations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in utilities, construction, or heavy equipment operation
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair water distribution and wastewater systems
- Assist crew leaders with daily field operations
- Operate equipment including backhoes, dump trucks, and jet trucks
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency response
