About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Uses and maintains tools and equipment.
• Installs or repairs items such as docks, doors, and boats in the Marina.
• Replaces or repairs windows, window screens, doors, and door locks.
• Makes minor electrical repairs to light switches under supervision.
• Performs carpentry work including measuring, cutting, and repairing docks and decks.
• Prepares wood and metal surfaces for painting and applies coating materials.
• Performs plumbing duties such as replacing faucet knobs and unplugs commodes or sinks.
• Makes minor adjustments or repairs to vacuum cleaners and other small appliances.
• Reports major problems to supervisor for contract repair or replacement.
